Insurance quotes, eligibility, pricing, and coverage availability are determined solely by third-party insurance carriers. DriveGuard does not guarantee:

  • Approval for insurance coverage

  • Specific pricing, discounts, or rates

  • Same-day or next-day policy issuance

  • Continued availability of any quoted coverage

All quotes are estimates only and may change based on carrier underwriting review.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your knowledge

  • Update information if circumstances change

  • Use our website and services only for lawful purposes

  • Refrain from submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Failure to provide accurate information may result in denied coverage, policy cancellation, or other actions by the insurance carrier.

DriveGuard uses third-party platforms, including insurance rating and underwriting systems such as ITC and Zywave, to facilitate quotes and applications. Your use of our services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

DriveGuard is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party platforms or carrier systems.

6. Intellectual Property

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for services provided.
